Loved watching tonight's ball game.
There is no game but baseball where the team that wants it more can come back to win, even against a better opponent.
KC may not get very far against the LA Angels, but you never know.

All these playoffs just aren't right. I don't see how you have to have a wildcard playoff game at all. They play a 162 game season and then decide who gets further with one game. They should go back to the old way: the leagues don't p;ay each other during the season and then the teams with the best records in each league play for the championship. If there are ties for the best record, then they can play one game playoffs. Otherwise, it might as well be hockey. And hockey...well, everyone knows hockey sucks.
I don't mind the wildcard playoff format -- it give more excitement down the stretch, when often the division leaders are so far ahead that there is no longer any dispute except for the wildcard spots. But I have seen suggestions for a three-game wildcard playoff instead of one game, and I wouldn't agree to that -- the season itself is enough.
