Well, yes, maybe it's hopeless but we can still laugh.

"Gargle my balls" is the revolutionary slogan this country needs.

Costco is leading the way in refusing to dismantle its corporate focus on Diversity, Equality and Inclusion, and Teen Vogue is maintaining its editorial leadership in standing up to Trump -- the New York Times and the Washington Post should learn something from them.
elderly rage-baby melts down when called out for massive abuse of deporteesBrazil, Colombia and Mexico condemn Donny’s fuckery...since Inauguration Day, Donny’s storm troopers have been rounding up so-called ‘undesirables’ and shipping them off to who the fuck cares, just get them out of Dear Leader’s sight. it hasn’t been a cakewalk, though. Team Donny is learning that treating migrants like shit and herding them onto planes is easy — but finding a destination country willing to be a party to a massive abuse of human rights is hard....

I see Costco's slow to let go of DEI, a management fad that doesn't achieve its stated goal. As a Harvard study found, DEI is "designed to preempt lawsuits by policing managers’ thoughts and actions. Yet laboratory studies show that this kind of force-feeding can activate bias rather than stamp it out."
The big problem is that DEI’s answer to removing barriers to entry is lowering standards. Now anyone who might tick HR's DEI box faces the accusation that they were only hired for their racial or identity characteristics and are by default incompetent. DEI doesn't increase workplace diversity, does nothing to achieve pay equity, and its idea of inclusion is sexist, misogynist and homophobic. "The lasting legacy of DEI has been to force gays into the closet at work, and paint women and racial minorities as inherently under qualified and incompetent compared to their straight white male colleagues."
