With respect to the three conservative leaders that have lost to Prime Minister Trudeau....I just can't resist. #elxn44 #cdnpoli https://t.co/mcD34J1xAb

Groan! When my wife told me that the Prime Minister of Canada got re-elected, I thought she was lying.

It’s Trudeau.
The majority complaining it was a waste of money are merely upset the election changed very little. But make no mistake, the #NotMyPM chants are only because you didn’t get the results that you convinced yourself of.

PS It cost roughly $15 per Canadian to determine our direction.
I live in a Province where the Premier straight up lost $1.3 billion on a pipeline. Like poof, gone forever. For me $600 million that employed 200,000+ election officials and allowed Canada to make decisions on what’s next is not a bad deal.

O’Toole said he met “thousands of people” during this election. When was that, the empty bowling alley, empty dock, empty field, empty gym, ballroom? What nonsense he hid from voters the entire campaign. #Elxn44 #cdnpoli

Well I for one am shocked that showering with his clothes on in an attempt to curry favour with non-voting kids didn't translate to an effective strategy...

It's going to be Conservative groundhog day, @jkenney and @fordnation are going to come out of the holes now that the election is over, if they see their shadows we have 2 more years of incompetence.#abpoli #onpoli

So finally today, Alberta sent a letter to the federal government to ask for help dealing with the Covid crisis in their hospitals. When asked if they had deliberately waited until after the election -- to save Kenney the embarassment of asking Trudeau for help, even though this caused even more misery to Alberta people -- the province perished the thought - it was, they said, just because they didn't know who they should address the letter to. I guess nobody thought of sending it "To Whom It May Concern"?Alberta: Where the morgues are full but the bars are open.

And Saskatchewan premier Scott Moe held a bizarre press conference about this today:Good God. We couldn’t get emergency help because you couldn’t figure out where to send the letter. Well, if that doesn’t sum up the UCP perfectly. Ffs.
— Lloy Williams (@lloy_williams) September 21, 2021
Moe is deeply afraid of the Sask purple people eaters (AKA the Buffalo Party) so I think this statement is a flex to try to impress them with how "tough" he is.
