Today's News: Pope Francis arrives in Canada

The next step for implementation of UNDRIP (United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples) is to overturn the Doctrine of Discovery: I am hopeful now that Pope Francis might use this trip to go further toward reconciliation by revoking the Doctrine of Discovery:

Dante's Inferno describes the popes being tortured in hell for eternity. Dante may have been onto something.

Well, I think this Pope is trying - much more than any predecessors did. I am hopeful he will overturn the Discovery doctrine while he is here.
